I can’t read the Abobe Acrobat/PDF Files, what do I do?

We suggest installing the latest version of the free Adobe Acrobat Reader which can be found at www.Adobe.com . If you continue to have problems, you can email the files to another computer at work, or friend’s home where they can be opened and printed.

Also, here are some good things to put in place when videos aren't running well for you..

Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash installed:

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Also Quicktime can be a good thing to stay current on:
http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/

Firefox works better than IE for most videos (my experience) -
download and install it:
http://www.firefox.com

It also has an add-on that can help with big files:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3006?src=api

And if you let videos "preload" first they'll run more smoothly.
You can do this by clicking play -> then pause -> let it load -> then play.

If you are still having trouble after trying these solutions, please give us the specific link you went to as well as which video you are referring to and we can look into it further.
